RDA developed a comprehensive customer roadmap and followed through on a fast and user-friendly Acuity B2B site using Sitecore and utilizing Coveo that makes it easy for customers to find the exact products they need with quick page load times and powerful search facets.
The Outcome
Grew click-thru rates on search pages from 70% to 85% through optimized AI-powered search and dropped product catalog load times from 72 hours to 2 hours, for faster time to market.
The new search experience is optimized for mobile and smaller screens, making it easy to scroll and explore options.
Visitors can now download spec sheets, compare products, and view key details directly from the results page without navigating to separate product pages.
